2 Player games short competition या उसी screen पर shared play के लिए बनाए जाते हैं। इनका main advantage quick entry है: rules लगभग तुरंत clear हो जाते हैं, और second player long preparation के बिना join कर सकता है। यह friend के साथ duel, turn-based moves, one keyboard controls या simple cooperative task हो सकता है।
