Match 3 games 基于 simple principle：把三个或更多 matching elements 排成 row、column 或 suitable shape。通常 player 会 swap neighboring tiles，matched elements disappear，然后 new ones 从上方落下。乍看像是 luck，但 strong round 需要看到 current combination，也要预判 drop 之后会 open 什么。
